I knew it was going to be one hot summer when I first heard John Hart (King of Lies, Down River), was releasing a new book in July. Wow. He delivers with Iron House. This isn't a tenative, toe-stepping plotline for anyone looking for a safe and easy read. It is a powerhouse - so forceful I dare you to put it down until you finish.

What makes this book so stunning and captivating is that you think you know what is happening, you have it all solved, but then you really don't. You may start congratulating yourself for solving difficult situations only to find Hart came up with an even crazier solution!

John Hart gives us wonderful characters to follow through the story. Michael is the protagonist. At first he is a stone cold killer - but Hart molds him into something else completely throughout the novel. Michael has so many layers is like dealing with a rogue family member.
